"The Ghost." He returns to his home planet of Tarbos, and
sets himself up in business as a private security consultant.
Enter Vice Admiral William King, commander of the Navy's Special Operations Command. High-tech weapons are disappearing from one of the Confederate Navy's immense Border Stations, and King wants the Ghost to find out why. LeBlanc agrees to do the job - for a price. |

Mysterious
objects of great antiquity are being uncovered by the
"Organization" that serves as a government on Roman
Holiday. Even as Admiral King sends The Ghost to investigate, two
crewmen from the Fleet tug Nevsky have uncovered the kidnapping of
the Princess of Corinthia by a house of ill repute.
The Ghost finds himself in the position of discovering the nature of the alien artifacts, dodging the Organization's goons and trying to help the three fugitives all at once - and is forced to call on the services of a mysterious old man for help. |

Heaven |
Commander
Ged Betell is ordered to take his stealth frigate to the independent
planet Heaven, where a terrorist religious cult is sending operatives into
the Confederacy. In a video statement released by the cult leader,
Commander Betell recognizes his old friend Zack Tilley.
Betell's orders don't allow him to indulge in any personal rescues. Loyalty to his friend forces him to use a comm-code he hasn't used in fifteen years. The call is answered, and a reluctant Ghost comes out of retirement to help a friend find another friend. |
